Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. b1a4 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by user negligence. Users are prohibited from:
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Using false information, another person's identity or falsified documents during registration or verification
- Attempting to hack, modify or disrupt the b1a4 platform systems
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any activity that may constitute fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the b1a4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Boost, direct bank transfer and Malaysia-issued Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards. b1a4 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or through methods not listed on the platform.
Each deposit request is subject to a minimum amount depending on the chosen payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe shown on the payment page, subject to the method used. b1a4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the name of the b1a4 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. b1a4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits. Funds in accounts that have been inactive for the period specified in our internal policy may be subject to an administrative fee, which will be communicated separately.
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions, unauthorised credit card chargebacks or use of stolen payment methods will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
The b1a4 platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. All games and betting offered — including live casino, video slots and Sports Betting — are subject to the rules and limits set out on the platform. The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed except in cases of clear, proven technical error.
B1a4 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. B1a4's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim. b1a4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
B1a4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, platform abuse or any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Any funds remaining in an account closed due to a serious violation may be forfeited as part of the remedial action taken.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and identity verification is complete.
All content on the b1a4 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text and software — is the exclusive property of b1a4 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from b1a4.
The b1a4 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. b1a4 is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or performance of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
B1a4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
